Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D visualizations for architectural, interior, and product design projects. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand the design brief and translate ideas into photorealistic renders. Develop both still renders and animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Chaos Corona, V-Ray, Lumion). Optimize models and scenes for performance while maintaining high visual quality. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new techniques or tools into the workflow. Required Skills: Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray or Corona Renderer, and Photoshop. Solid understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition. Experience in architectural visualization, interior design, or product rendering. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus. Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage for creating animated walkthroughs. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D interior visualizations and models for residential and/or commercial spaces. You must have a strong sense of design, materials, lighting, and space planning, combined with advanced 3D modeling and rendering skills in Autodesk 3ds Max .
