Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for commercial interior projects (office, retail, hospitality, etc.)
• Model detailed 3D environments, furniture, fixtures, and spatial layouts using

  SketchUp

• Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting using

  V-Ray

• Generate real-time walkthroughs and immersive presentations with

  Enscape

• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to interpret design intent
• Review architectural drawings, sketches, and design documentation to ensure accuracy in 3D outputs
• Optimize rendering workflows for fast turnaround without compromising quality
• Stay updated with latest visualization trends and tools
