STUDIO FOR ECLECTIC ARCHITECTURE

You will be joining Studio for Eclectic Architecture India Pvt Ltd as a 3D Visualizer. As a part of our dynamic design team, you will be responsible for transforming architectural and interior concepts into photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs that effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing 3D models, still renders, and walkthroughs for various projects. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in interpreting sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts into high-quality visuals. Collaboration with architects and designers to create impactful client presentations will be an essential part of your role. Your proficiency in rendering engines like V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, D5 Renders, or equivalent will be utilized to achieve photorealistic effects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop 3D models, still renders, and walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and landscape projects. - Interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts into high-quality visuals. - Apply textures, lighting, and material effects to achieve photorealism. - Collaborate with architects and designers to create impactful client presentations. - Work with rendering engines such as V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, D5 Renders, or equivalent. - Manage and maintain a library of 3D assets, materials, and templates for faster workflows. - Deliver visuals within project timelines while maintaining design accuracy and creativity. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field. - Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architecture or design firm. - Strong command over 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Photoshop. - Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an added advantage. - Ability to produce photorealistic visuals, animations, and VR walkthroughs. - Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and composition. - Good communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad or Vijayawada.
