3D Visualizer

You will be responsible for developing 3D models, still renders, and walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and landscape projects. Your role will involve interpreting sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts into high-quality visuals. You will need to apply textures, lighting, and material effects to achieve photorealism. Collaboration with architects and designers to create impactful client presentations is essential. Additionally, you will work with rendering engines such as V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, D5 Renders, or equivalent. Managing and maintaining a library of 3D assets, materials, and templates for faster workflows is also part of your responsibilities. Delivering visuals within project timelines while maintaining design accuracy and creativity is crucial. - Develop 3D models, still renders, and walkthroughs for architectural, interior, and landscape projects. - Interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts into high-quality visuals. - Apply textures, lighting, and material effects to achieve photorealism. - Collaborate with architects and designers to create impactful client presentations. - Work with rendering engines such as V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, D5 Renders, or equivalent. - Manage and maintain a library of 3D assets, materials, and templates for faster workflows. - Deliver visuals within project timelines while maintaining design accuracy and creativity. - Bachelors/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field. - Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer in an architecture or design firm. - Strong command over 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Photoshop. - Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an added advantage. - Ability to produce photorealistic visuals, animations, and VR walkthroughs. - Strong sense of aesthetics, detailing, and composition. - Good communication and teamwork skills.,
