TRI THIS is a dynamic 3D printing company specializing in creating innovative planter pots and similar products using Plaster of Paris (POP) and cement. We leverage 3D-printed molds to produce silicone molds for crafting high-quality products sold on platforms like Amazon and in offline markets. Our designs range from 3 to 8 inches, and we are passionate about pushing the boundaries of design and additive manufacturing.

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative students for a 1-month, online, paid internship to join our team as a 3D Printing Design Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CAD design for 3D printing, with the potential to transition into a full-time role at our Shrirampur office. Interns will focus on designing planter molds using Onshape, with guidance and support provided. Exceptional performance may lead to a full-time position involving expanded responsibilities in design, 3D printing, silicone mold production, and production management.

• CAD Design:

  Create and optimize 3D models of planter molds (3 to 8 inches) using Onshape or similar CAD software.

• Design Collaboration:

  Participate in virtual brainstorming sessions to develop innovative product designs.

• Model Validation:

  Ensure designs are suitable for 3D printing and silicone mold production, with guidance from our team.

• Documentation:

  Maintain clear records of design iterations and specifications.

• Design Development:

  Lead the creation and refinement of 3D models for new products.

• 3D Printing:

  Operate and maintain 3D printers to produce master molds.

• Silicone Mold Production:

  Oversee the creation of silicone molds using 3D-printed masters.

• Production Management:

  Coordinate material management, quality control, and production workflows at our Shrirampur office.

• Technology Integration:

  Stay updated on advancements in 3D printing and implement process improvements.

• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CAD software (Onshape preferred; experience with Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar accepted).
• Basic understanding of 3D printing and additive manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for virtual collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Commitment to transition to onsite work in Shrirampur if offered a full-time role.

• Flexible, part-time hours (approximately 30 hours/week) during the 1-month online internship.
• Full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) if transitioned to a full-time role in Shrirampur.

• Stipend:

  ₹5,000 for the 1-month internship.

• Certificates:

  Certificate of Completion, and a Certificate of Excellence for outstanding performance.
