3D Metal Sheet Designer

Job Role: - 3D SOLIDWORKS/CREO DESIGNER (SHEET METAL) We are looking for a skilled 3D sheet metal designer for electrical equipment manufacturing and to optimize control panels using SolidWorks/creo softwares for industrial applications, ensuring compliance with IEC standards. Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in 3D sheet metal works. Proficiency in SolidWorks/ CREO (SHEET METAL) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Prepare single line diagrams and basic protection schemes for EHV/MV/LV systems. Validate technical specifications of major equipment (transformers, CBs, CT/PT, isolators, LA, HT/LT switchboards, ACDB, DCDB, batteries, chargers). Prepare and develop electrical panel designs, PLC Panel Designs, SLDs, and schematics using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN). Create GA (General Arrangement) drawings and wiring diagrams for PLC, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF, D.G Synchronizing panels, and various other types. Select and specify switchgear and electrical components suited to the application and project requirements. Perform electrical calculations such as load, short circuit, cable sizing, and busbar calculations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, clients, site engineers, and other stakeholders for project integration. Address technical queries and support project execution and site teams as needed. Ensure designs comply with relevant national and international standards (e.g., IS, IEC, NEC, UL). Conduct fabrication inspections and quality assurance for manufactured panels.
