We’re expanding our team and looking for a talented 3D Generalist who is passionate about bringing ideas to life.

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and skilled 3D Generalist who can handle end-to-end 3D production tasks—including modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and basic compositing. The ideal candidate should be multi-disciplinary, collaborative, self-driven, and capable of delivering high-quality outputs for clients across diverse industries and countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models, assets, environments, and characters.
• Develop textures, materials, and shaders suited for various visual styles and pipelines.
• Set up lighting and perform realistic or stylized rendering depending on project needs.
• Execute 3D animation for objects, characters, and motion graphics.
• Produce clean and optimized UV layouts and topology.
• Perform basic VFX, simulations (particles, fluid, cloth, smoke), and compositing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Work with clients (Indian and international) to understand and deliver their vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Certification in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 0–y2 ears of experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role.
• Proficiency in Maya / Blender / 3ds Max, plus experience with Cinema4D or other 3D tools is a bonus.
• Strong skills in:
• Modeling (hard-surface & organic)
• Texturing (Substance Painter, Photoshop)
• Lighting & rendering (V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, Cycles, etc.)
• Animation basics
• Simulation tools (Phoenix FD, Houdini basics, or Blender FX)
• Understanding of PBR workflows and real-time optimization for Unity / Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for working with domestic and overseas clients.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating a wide range of 3D capabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
