3D Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models and interior/exterior visualizations using

  Articad

  .
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to develop accurate spatial layouts and design presentations.
  
• Refine and edit 3D models based on client or internal feedback.
  
• Ensure renders meet brand standards and are optimized for both presentation and production use.
  
• Manage project files and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
  

Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  as a 3D Generalist, 3D Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in

  Articad

  is essential.
• Good understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and rendering techniques.
  
• Strong communication skills with

  excellent written and spoken English

  .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Knowledge of additional 3D software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender) is a plus.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in interior design or kitchen/bathroom visualization.
  
• Familiarity with design documentation and presentation workflows.
  
• Basic graphic design or post-production skills (Photoshop or Illustrator).
