3D Generalist

Role Overview: As a 3D Generalist based in Mumbai and reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for creating high-quality optimized 3D assets for mobile games, working with Unity game engine, and implementing 3D artwork as per project requirements. You will work in various artistic styles ranging from realistic to stylized and cartoon-style, showcasing your passion and enthusiasm for mobile games. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality optimized 3D assets including characters, backgrounds, and props for mobile games - Work with Unity game engine and implement 3D artwork as per project requirements - Work in a variety of artistic styles ranging from realistic to stylized and cartoon-style - Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for mobile games - Manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines - Understand high-poly and low-poly modeling of 3D characters for mobile games - Optimize and integrate 3D art for all mobile platforms - Integrate 2D texture files into Unity and tweak them as per game requirements - Constantly interact with the development team, product managers, and testing team - Have good communication skills, proactiveness, and commitment Qualification Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Environment/Props/3D Generalist in mobile game development - Proficiency with Maya, Unity, and Photoshop - Experience in making normal maps for game objects - Understanding of next-gen asset creation workflows - Ability to modify and improve asset creation workflows - Worked on projects for both iOS and Android platforms - Knowledge of making terrains using Unity 3D - Understanding of lighting and shaders in Unity 3D - Knowledge of basic Unity troubleshooting and build creation process - Experience using Git for version control - Graduate from a reputed institute - Art school background preferred Additional Details: Not provided in the given job description.,
