3D Generalist

As a 3D Generalist at Shaurya Infosoft Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in creating a wide range of 3D assets for various projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing 3D models, environments, props, and characters using Blender and other tools - Applying textures, lighting setups, and rigging for realistic and stylized outputs - Contributing to animation and rendering workflows across different projects - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet creative and technical goals - Troubleshooting and optimizing 3D assets for performance across various platforms - Staying updated on trends and best practices in 3D design and development To qualify for this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role - Proficiency in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation - Strong experience with Blender; knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus - Familiarity with Unreal Engine and Unity is highly desirable - Ability to adapt between realistic and stylized art styles - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and creative thinking - Effective team collaboration and communication skills - Bachelors degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our office.
