Polision Institute of Animation is a creative hub dedicated to teaching the art and technology of 3D modeling, animation, and visual design. We aim to inspire and train the next generation of digital artists by combining creativity with industry-level technical skills. Our courses are designed to help students transform their ideas into stunning, lifelike visual experiences for products, games, and films.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Morena for a 3D Faculty member. The selected candidate will mentor and guide students, teach 3D modeling, animation, and design principles, and oversee student project development. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering lectures, conducting hands-on training sessions, ensuring up-to-date curriculum content, and providing constructive feedback to students to help them excel.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation
• Proficiency in using industry-standard 3D software like Blender, Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter, and Zbrush.
• Teaching, mentoring, or training experience with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Knowledge of 3D rendering techniques and tools, and the ability to integrate them effectively in workflows
• Experience in game design or film production is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for guiding and inspiring students in creative fields
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or related field; a master's degree is a plus

Guide students in portfolio development, project execution, and industry-standard practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Working days: Monday to Saturday
