3D Designer

A 3D Designer in the event industry creates and visualizes event spaces, like exhibition booths, stages, and product launch environments, using 3D modeling software. Key responsibilities include developing detailed 3D models, creating realistic renderings and walkthroughs, collaborating with clients and production teams to understand requirements and ensure design feasibility, and providing technical drawings for fabrication. The role requires strong technical skills in 3D software (e.g., 3Ds Max), design principles, and sometimes lighting and animation, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under deadlines.  

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualization & Design: Create and design 3D models and visualizations for exhibition stands, event stages, product launches, conferences, and themed events. 

Visualization: Produce detailed 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and technical drawings to communicate concepts to clients and production teams. 

Technical Drawings: Prepare technical drawings and layout plans for production and fabrication, ensuring designs are feasible within budget and venue constraints. 

Collaboration: Work closely with event planners, graphic designers, and production teams to understand requirements and ensure a cohesive visual experience. 

Client Interaction: Translate client briefs and event concepts into engaging and realistic 3D designs. 

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in 3D design, event aesthetics, and event technology.
