As a 3D Artist at Snow Star Games, you will be responsible for bringing game worlds and characters to life through 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and asset creation. **Responsibilities:** - Create optimized 3D models for characters, environments, props, and assets compatible with popular game engines like Unreal Engine and Unity - Ensure models meet technical guidelines for performance and quality suitable for real-time rendering - Collaborate with the development team to integrate assets seamlessly and maintain visual consistency across projects **Requirements:** - Proficiency in Blender is a must, with skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rigging - Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating game-ready assets - Knowledge of optimization techniques for models in game engines - Familiarity with PBR workflows, texture creation, shaders, and Unity Engine and Shader Graph **Qualifications:** - Mandatory proficiency in Blender, with knowledge of Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max as a bonus - Strong experience in 3D modeling and asset integration in game engines - Familiarity with LODs, collision, and game engine specifications - Strong artistic and creative abilities with attention to detail - Collaborative mindset, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines Snow Star Games is a game development and publishing studio dedicated to creating unique and captivating gaming experiences with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
