Job Description

3-6 years of experience as 3D CFD Analyst using
ANSYS FLUENT
software in ICE and EV domains
Expertise in performing
Conjugate Heat Transfer (CHT) Analysis
of different automotive systems -
Radiator, Powertrain, Underhood aerothermal, Cabin HVAC, External aerodynamics, Heat exchanger
Hands on experience in cooling system CFD analysis of powertrain components -
Radiator, Battery, Motor, Engine, Inverter, Converter
Cooling system
optimization
for EV motors, inverters, and batteries
Chassis-level
aerodynamic
analysis including drag reduction and downforce improvement
Conducting aero simulations at full vehicle scale, incorporating high-performance design elements such as diffusers, splitters, wings, and underbody treatments
Expert in
Geometry cleanup, Meshing, Setting
up large simulation models, post processing, result interpretation and report preparation
Fundamental knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics
(CFD), Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics
M.Tech./ B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering
Very good in automotive domain knowledge
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
