3D Artist for Event & Exhibition Designer

We are looking for a talented 3D Artist with 3 to 4 years of experience in event planning and conceptualization ( freshers can also apply). The ideal candidate should be able to ideate, visualize, and conceptualize various events, stalls, stage designs, mall installations, party setups, music events, conference meetings, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and designing stalls, event stages, mall installations, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Creating 3D models, renders, and presentations to bring ideas to life.
• Collaborating with event planners and creative teams to develop unique spatial experiences.
• Leading a team of 3D artists to ensure high-quality output.
• Managing end-to-end event designs, from ideation to final execution.
• Ensuring designs align with brand aesthetics and event requirements.

Skills & Software Expertise:

• Strong command over 3D software (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or similar).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to lead and guide a team of 3D artists.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and ideation skills.
• Understanding of materials, structures, and event space planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.

Previous experience in event management, exhibitions, or creative agencies.

Strong portfolio showcasing event stage designs, stall concepts, and installations.
