3D Artist

As a Multimedia/Visual Designer (3D & Motion) at AjnaLens located in Thane, Maharashtra, India, you will be an integral part of the Design team. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your expertise in Blender, 3D animation, lighting, and sound design to create immersive visual content for digital products and simulations. Your role will involve designing, animating, and rendering 3D scenes with a focus on lighting, camera movement, and timing. Additionally, you will be required to incorporate sound design elements such as ambient audio, effects, and cues to enhance viewer experience. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential to translate concepts into visually compelling assets for various purposes including product, training, and marketing. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in 3D animation, motion design, or visual storytelling using Blender or equivalent tools. You should possess expertise in Blender for modeling, animation, lighting, and rendering. A strong understanding of visual storytelling, camera movement, and composition is crucial for this role. Additionally, the ability to design and synchronize sound elements into visual content, knowledge of render optimization, output formats, and video production pipelines, and effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are key requirements. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for graphic design, UI asset creation, and motion graphics is necessary. You should be able to design clean and engaging visuals for digital interfaces and media assets while understanding branding principles, color theory, typography, and layout design. Experience in VR/AR/MR content creation or real-time 3D environments, as well as skills in creating reusable motion templates and asset libraries, are considered as bonus points for this role.
