Job Summary

1 8 10 Years experience in Two wheeler (Scooters/Bilkes) in Design and Development of two wheeler plastic & Sheet metal components meeting design and functional requirements 2 Material Selection: Choose suitable materials for plastic components considering durability, cost, and manufacturability. 3 Expertise in 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation using CAD software CATIA V5 4 Vehicle layouts, performing feasibility studies, and interacting with various teams like development, styling, and suppliers. 5 Evaluating the feasibility of styling aspects, considering interfaces, joints, tooling orientation, and master sections 6 DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) 7 Utilizing CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) tools for analysis, such as FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and incorporating feedback from simulations. 8 Familiarity with relevant automotive standards and regulations (e.g., AIS, IEC, FMVSS 9 Ability to manage design activities, meet deadlines, and work effectively within a project team.
