Position Overview

You will perform high-quality 2D echocardiography studies, assist cardiologists with accurate diagnoses, and ensure a safe, comfortable experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 2D Echo and related cardiac ultrasound procedures per departmental protocol.
• Capture clear, diagnostic-quality images; optimize machine settings as required.
• Record measurements and preliminary observations for cardiologist review.
• Explain procedures, obtain consent, and monitor patient well-being during scans.
• Maintain and troubleshoot echo equipment; arrange service when needed.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with NABH/hospital policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma / B.Sc. in Cardiac Technology or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years’ hands-on 2D Echo experience (hospital setting preferred).
• Skills:
• Solid knowledge of cardiac anatomy and ultrasound physics.
• Proficient with common echo systems (GE Vivid, Philips, etc.).
• Strong patient-interaction and communication abilities.
• Certifications (preferred): BLS / ACLS.
