2d & 3d Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 2D layouts, floor plans, and working drawings for interior design projects.
• Develop photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to understand project goals and requirements.
• Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor to match the design vision.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of design packages.
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience with both 2D drafting and 3D visualization.
• Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion (or similar).
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and spatial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality tools.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and material specifications.
• Site visit experience is a plus.
