Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 2D layouts, floor plans, and working drawings for interior design projects. Develop photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for client presentations. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to understand project goals and requirements. Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor to match the design vision. Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of design packages. Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience with both 2D drafting and 3D visualization. Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, and Lumion (or similar). Strong design sense, attention to detail, and spatial awareness. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience with Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality tools. Basic knowledge of construction processes and material specifications. Site visit experience is a plus.
