Hiring for Desktop Support Engineer at Chennai , Bangalore , Hyderabad , Gurugram

Exp : 1 + yrs

Job at Bangalore , Chennai , Hyderabad , Gurugram

immediate to 10 days max

No of Working days : 6

Shift : Day shift

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle IT support tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware components.
Monitor infrastructure using Site24x7 and logs through SIEM tools.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot endpoint security solutions.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.
Install and configure operating systems and business-critical software.
Manage IT assets, including provisioning, decommissioning, and maintaining up-to-date inventory records.
Good Communication skill is Mandatory.
