Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive who can independently handle international clients, drive new business growth, and maintain long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients in the international and domestic markets.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Email Marketing, and Networking.
• Prepare detailed business proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with the technical team to align client requirements with deliverables.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain healthy client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Business Development (IT industry must).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) — fluency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of IT services, project lifecycle, and client engagement.
• Proven record of achieving business targets and handling international clients.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work under minimal supervision.
