𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

The Pre-Sales Executive will support the sales, product, and engineering teams by preparing solution documents, demos, presentations, requirement analyses, and proposal drafts for Qvolv’s AR/VR/MR, Simulation, and AI-integrated solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and confident in customer-facing communication.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and document key technical/functional needs.

• Join client calls, capture discussions, and prepare structured requirement notes.

• Map customer needs with Qvolv’s AR/VR/MR and simulation capabilities.

• Prepare company profiles, solution briefs, technical notes, presentations, BOQs, cost sheets, and initial RFP/RFI drafts.

• Draft responses for government and enterprise queries under guidance.

• Assist in preparing and conducting product demos; ensure VR devices and demo hardware are ready and updated.

• Maintain demo content and overall setup environment.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research; prepare comparison notes and opportunity briefs.

• Coordinate with design, 3D, engineering, and delivery teams to gather inputs for proposals.

• Support sales team during events, exhibitions, and demonstrations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬& 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into structured documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, IT, BCA, MCA, or related fields.

• Prior experience in pre-sales, solution support, or documentation roles is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of AR/VR/MR, 3D workflows, and Unity/Unreal (optional but preferred).
