リードデータサイエンティストとして、データサイエンスチームをリードし、高度な分析・モデル開発・データ戦略策定を通じて、組織の意思決定と事業成長を推進していただきます。

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will lead the data science team, develop advanced models, and drive data strategy to support organizational decision-making and business growth.

• データサイエンスプロジェクトのリード・マネジメント
• Lead and manage data science projects
• 高度な分析・機械学習モデルの開発・実装
• Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning models
• ビジネス課題に基づくデータ戦略の策定
• Define data strategies aligned with business objectives
• チームメンバーの指導・育成・レビュー
• Mentor, coach, and review team members
• ステークホルダーへのデータインサイト提供
• Communicate data insights to stakeholders

• データサイエンスまたは機械学習分野での実務経験5年以上
• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning
• Python、R、SQLなどの分析スキル
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and related analytics tools
• 機械学習・統計モデル構築の経験
• Experience in building machine learning and statistical models
• データ戦略策定やチームマネジメント経験
• Experience in defining data strategy and leading teams
• ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力
• Business-level Japanese and English proficiency

• クラウド環境でのデータ分析・AIモデル運用経験（AWS, GCP, Azure）
• Experience with cloud-based data analysis and AI model deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• データ可視化・BIツール活用経験（Tableau, Power BI等）
• Experience in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• 大規模データ処理・ビッグデータ分析の経験
• Experience in big data processing and large-scale analytics
