Overview

We’re building a high-impact AI and digital transformation practice across industries. This role is for someone who can shape transformation agendas with senior stakeholders, translate business priorities into real AI programs, and grow adoption through trust, outcomes, and execution.

What you’ll do

1. Own industry engagement: Build relationships with CXOs,

business heads, and functional leaders across sectors.

2. Frame transformation opportunities: Diagnose business problems,

map value pools, and propose AI/digital roadmaps (use cases,

data, operating model, change).

3. Lead solution shaping: Co-create proposals, business cases, and

implementation plans with delivery, product, and engineering

teams.

4. Drive programs from intent to action: Convert strategic

conversations into pilots, scale plans, and multi-quarter

transformation journeys.

5. Build an ecosystem: Partner with platforms, cloud providers,

startups, and academia to strengthen offerings and accelerate

outcomes.

6. Create market narrative: Publish POVs, speak at forums, and lead

• executive workshops to build credibility in chosen sectors.
