Your new trajectory starts here at Launch. What we are looking for : We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with hands-on expertise in Zscaler technologies (ZIA/ZPA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Zscaler solutions to enhance enterprise network security and performance. Role : Zscaler Network Security Engineer Location : Hyderabad Shift timings: Overlapping US hours Years of experience : 8 + Years of experience Tools/Technologies: Network security, Zscaler, ZIA, ZPA, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, proxies, firewalls, identity management Required Skills Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in network security or IT infrastructure roles. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA. Strong understanding of networking concepts: DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, proxies, firewalls. Experience with identity management (SAML, LDAP, Azure AD). Familiarity with SSL inspection, content filtering, and DLP policies. Experience in enterprise environments with cloud and hybrid architecture. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions. Integrate Zscaler with enterprise identity providers (e.g., Azure AD, Okta). Monitor and troubleshoot network traffic, latency issues, and security events. Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to implement security policies. Support security incident response and perform root cause analysis for Zscaler-related issues. Document configurations, procedures, and changes in accordance with ITIL standards. Optimize Zscaler policies to ensure a secure and seamless user experience. Stay up to date with Zscaler product updates and industry best practices. Preferred Qualifications: Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP) or similar certification. Experience with SD-WAN and integration with Zscaler. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools like ServiceNow. Knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
