Job Description

As a Zscaler Cloud Security Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and configuring Zscaler components in alignment with security policies. Your key duties will include managing security policies for web filtering, threat prevention, and user authentication, as well as monitoring the Zscaler platform for security incidents and performance issues. Furthermore, you will provide troubleshooting and support for Zscaler-related issues, implement changes following change management processes, and maintain documentation while generating reports on system performance and security events. Additionally, conducting training sessions to ensure proper utilization of the Zscaler platform will be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in implementing and managing Zscaler's cloud security platform. Your expertise should extend to various Zscaler technologies, including Zscaler Endpoint component, Zscaler Authentication Bridge, Zscaler policy management, Zscaler SASE, Zscaler PAC file configuration, Zscaler ZIA, Zscaler ZPA, and App Connectors, among others. Proficiency in network security concepts, protocols, cloud computing, network infrastructure, and routing protocols is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to design and deploy complex security architectures, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Possessing certifications like Zscaler Certified ZIA/ZPA Administrator or Zscaler Certified Cloud Expert (ZCCX) will be advantageous. In summary, this role requires a deep understanding of Zscaler technologies, network security principles, and troubleshooting skills.
