As the Vice President of Production Services at BNY, you will play a crucial role in managing the bank's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and stability. Your responsibilities will include resolving network faults and failures, implementing improvements to enhance network stability, and collaborating with users and clients to address connectivity and performance issues. In addition, you will work closely with vendors on support cases and escalations, provide off-hour support for emergency incidents, and be available for on-call support. To excel in this position, you should have 10 to 12 years of experience in networking and network security, with extensive hands-on experience in network implementation and troubleshooting. You must possess a solid understanding of routing protocols, switching technologies, and various network platforms. Proficiency in Cisco ACI, routing protocols, IPsec VPN Tunnels, firewall administration (Cisco ASA and Palo Alto), load balancer configuration (NetScaler and F5), as well as Zscaler ZIA and ZPA troubleshooting is essential. Holding a Cisco CCNP certification or equivalent is required, along with a Bachelor of Engineering or BCA degree. A willingness to learn new technologies and a broad understanding of industry standards are also key to success in this role.
