Experience: 6+ Years

Required Skills:

• Administration of Zscaler internet access portal, client portals 

• Policy management – includes but not limited to Internet (URL), Cloud app control, Browser isolation, client/agent configurations, Internet bypass, PAC and SSL policy. 

• Change Management – Whitelist, blacklist, Client configurations and policy configurations. 

• Incident management – Troubleshooting internet access, Zscaler incidents including agent side issues. 

• Platform service requests – Less common service tasks focused on the underlying platform and include tasks such as integration with new IDP. 

• Vendor escalations and engagement. 

• Agent software maintenance – upgrades, patches, and rollout. 

Mandatory Skills: ZScaler URL Filtering .
