We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to deliver effective Operation and maintenance practices of HT/ LT Electrical switch gears, Transformer, DG, Fire Alram , Fire protection systems, Lighting, Earthing, Ventilation system, UPS system in compliance to safety standards in electrical system, This role involves supporting the design, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure such as power distribution, lighting, backup systems, and energy management systems. Perform Projects, maintenance and collaboration with stake holders in a manufacturing plant.
Respon s i b ili t i e s
- Assist in the maintenance and operation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems. Water treatment plants, Air conditioners.
- Support predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment.
- Conduct inspections and monitor system performance to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in the design and implementation of electrical upgrades or retrofits, Lightning protection controls.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of electrical layouts, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and energy regulations.
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives

- This Job role requires to collaboratively work with technical department engineers, Section Managers, Team Members, and others. various cross functional team to achieve Customer Expectation and Cost Target
- This job role requires Plan and performs Shift Uptime; efficiency of the machines need to sustain as per metrics.
- The position should have control of planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing work of subordinates, and planning and execution of Preventive, Break down and reliability centered maintenance in manufacturing plant
- The position is responsible for expense budgets, capital forecasts and expenditures, and all personnel issues in the area including performance evaluations of subordinates.
- The position impacts Projects key quality goals including Continuous Improvement, Delivery Timeliness
- Coordination with TANGEDCO and Electrical inspectorate to commit and comply with legal requirements.

D iploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering is d esi r ed
Should have valid Supervisor competency certificate ( C license) issued by Electrical licensing board, Tamil Nadu

- 10-12 yrs Industrial work experience with Utilities, Facilities and plant engg functions
- Experience in Projects, Electrical engineers design, develop and install Substation and Power Panels
- Knowledge of Operation and maintenance of DG up to 1500 KVA, Transformer up to 2000 KVA, HT/LT switch gears, Mechanical, Hoist, PLC, Hazardous handling and compliance.
- Assessing project requirements.
- 11 KV HT/LT, DG up to 1500 KVA and Substation handling
- Handling CEIG Inspection
- Implement work related to KAIZEN
- Measuring the performance of Electrical components, devices
- Supervises the work in short, long, and planned term maintenance of the production equipment.
- Carrying out risk assessments and collaboration with cross functional teams to get the work done
- Analyzing and interpreting data and arrive actions.
- Managing projects, costs and people.
- The position often confronts complex issues and problems that require careful analysis and diagnosis
