Preferred:The candidates should have major experience in Used Commercial Vehicle. 1. Understands CV Industry by studying Characteristics, Capabilities & Features; Comparing and contrasting competitive Market. 2. Demonstrates CV Loan by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features 3. Provides sales management information by completing reports. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. 4. Collate and report information on Market Performance, Knowledge and Share of market 5. Achieving the month on month revenue targets as defined in the KRA Eexceptional selling skills with an entrepreneurial thinking should be ready to take ownership of the entire CV process. Responsible for ensuring targets are met/ Responsible for adhering to cost budgets/ Ensures cross sales 8. Sort out infrastructure issues 9. Appointment of quality BDM/ASM/BM/PROFILE as per business plan. 10. Maintaining the database of the targeted segment. 11. Demonstration impact by periodically visiting the market for lead conversion along with the ranks. (BDM/ASM/ BM/ RM) 12. Daily monitoring of Team DSR - Quantity & Quality. 13. Communicating and generating leads and leads management for efficient conversion. 14. Following up and liasioning with credit & process for maintaining efficient TAT. 15. Daily reporting to PRESIDENT to achieve the target as decided from time to time. 16. Portfolio Management 17. Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead region wise direct sales personnel toward achievement of corporate sales objectives. 18. Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization. 19. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary. 23 Provide sales management, activity Planning, budget control, compensation programs and Incentive planning. 24. Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales staff. 25. Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews. 26. Proactively identify changes in CV market and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. 27. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. 28. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. 29. Partnership with the DSA/ Corporate and Strategic Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management. 30. Negotiate purchase agreements with the assistance of DSA/ Corporate / Referrals 31. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) To address key business issues and opportunities. 32. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies. 33. Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
