Zonal Sales Manager - West, APT & Maldives (Mumbai)

As the Zonal Sales Manager for the West & APT region (covering Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, CG, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Maldives), based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in driving primary and secondary revenue. Reporting to the National Sales Head for India & South Asia, you will lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth and employee engagement. In this role, you will drive sales revenue, market share gain, and profitability within the region. You will analyze product portfolios to optimize price points, define sales strategies, manage business risks, and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Additionally, you will focus on resource development, coaching first-time managers, and engaging with clients through channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in science or MBA equivalent, with a strong background in the Healthcare & Diagnostics landscape in the Indian market. You should have at least 10 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, including 5 years in a leadership role, and expertise in channel management.
