As an experienced Pharma Sales professional with 8-10 years of experience, including at least 2 years as RSM or ZSM in the Generic Division, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Conduct regular field visits to guide and motivate the team. Manage a team consisting of passionate RSMs, ASMs, and Field Executives to deliver and exceed zonal sales targets. Identify training needs and deliver skill-building programs. - Expand Bennets' footprint through effective distribution and stockist network management. - Identify high-growth pockets and untapped territories, and turn them into success stories. - Analyze sales trends, monitor competition, and make informed, insight-driven decisions. - Achieve primary and secondary sales objectives for the generic portfolio. - Drive performance through data-driven decision-making and on-ground execution. - Strengthen doctor engagement and chemist relationships across the zone. Appoint and manage stockists, distributors, and trade partners. - Ensure product availability, inventory control, and smooth supply chain operations. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
