Zonal Portfolio Manager (MSME)-West

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Your main focus will be to ensure recovery targets are met, minimize NPAs, and execute legal/repossession actions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (0-30, 30+, 60+, 90+). - Ensure timely and compliant legal actions such as notices and repossession. - Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs. - Lead MIS/reporting activities and suggest portfolio-level risk controls. - Ensure regulatory and process compliance across all channels. - Handle and lead the team of Collection. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/MBA with 12-20 years of experience in vehicle finance collections. - Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management. - Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
