Job Description

This role involves leading sales operations across an assigned zone, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing relationships with real estate developers and brokers, meeting ambitious sales targets, and identifying new revenue streams through a diverse product portfolio. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Execution Craft and implement annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and expand market share. Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adjust tactics for sustained growth. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor Account Managers; establish clear KPIs and conduct performance reviews. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Relationship Management Develop and nurture strong partnerships with developers, brokers, and key stakeholders. Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive engagement and swift issue resolution. Product Collaboration Work with product teams to tailor offerings based on market feedback and customer needs. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product roll-outs. Market Analysis & Industry Expertise Leverage your knowledge of real estate or digital advertising to position solutions effectively. Use data-driven insights to identify new revenue streams and territory expansion opportunities. Leadership Excellence & Ethics Lead by example with professionalism and integrity; champion ethical business practices. Promote continuous improvement in processes, skills, and customer outcomes.
