Zonal Incharge - CPO

Role Overview: As a Zonal Incharge CPO, your major responsibilities will include: - Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer assurance - Communicating with builders for PROW to ensure cost-effective and quicker building level permissions - Providing insights on potential new partners within the zone - Identifying upcoming buildings in the designated zone - Maintaining existing relationships with building management and updating building tenancy details according to the specified format - Managing vendors of Network partners such as CPO, Vistaar, 3rd Party OHF & NNI, TCL, BSO - Conducting L2 surveys - Allowing access for 3rd Party Vendors for OHF cable/UBR at TTL POP with Field Operations approval - Processing MRN and capitalization in S4HANA based on WBSE, physical verification in AMS of TTL assets deployed at customer locations including MUX, CPE, Routers, UBR, EPABX, etc. - Ensuring execution at customer site RFS & end-to-end testing for on-net and off-net media like OSP/IBD, ODN, UBR, Copper using different CPEs such as MUX, MMC, L2 switch, copper modem, GPON, etc. - Responsible for customer delivery and testing from handoff point outside TTL PoP to customer location - Scheduling engineers for testing - Coordinating with NOC for testing & troubleshooting as required - Managing the performance of existing partners - Conducting maintenance activities at Customer locations including Infra, IBD, ISP, CPE along with AMS updates - Overseeing TP to Own media, Copper to FTTH migration - Ensuring timely asset retrieval with ATN in S4HANA & AMS update - Conducting field testing for TRAI compliance requirements - Allocating OSP/IBD services and maintaining SRF wise data along with associated inputs Qualifications Required: To excel in the Zonal Incharge CPO role, you must have an in-depth understanding of customer requirements and be able to manage them effectively with partners.
