Employee Relations - Provide guidance on company policies and procedures. - Resolve employee conflicts and concerns. 3. Benefits Administration - Manage employee benefits, including enrollment and claims. - Communicate benefits information to employees. 4. Performance Management - Develop and implement performance evaluation processes. - Provide training on performance management. 5.
