Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing and managing zonal sales operations in Mumbai as a Zonal Head - Sales at The Policy Exchange. Your role will involve setting and achieving targets, implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to enhance business performance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor the sales team, manage accounts, and build relationships with stakeholders to drive growth in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage zonal sales operations - Set and achieve sales targets - Implement sales strategies to enhance business performance - Lead and mentor the sales team - Analyze sales data to make informed decisions - Manage accounts effectively - Build and foster relationships with stakeholders to drive growth Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Team Management - Strong experience in Account Management and Analytical Skills to optimize sales efforts - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively and drive results in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Experience in Insurance Domain or NBFC Domain will be preferred.,
