Company Description

We are hiring for retail focused NBFC (listed and subsidiary of a bank specializing in secured lending products such as gold loans, loan against property (LAP), home loans, and SME financing. The current AUM of the company is 16000 crores and they are clocking a monthly disbursement to 400 crs currently across various product lines (largest being micro-lap of ticket size 12 lac). The company enjoys strong credit ratingsCARE AA+ (Stable), IND AA+ (Stable), and CRISIL AA (Positive)underscoring its financial strength. They operate with 700 branches across India.

Role Description

The Zonal Business Head will be responsible for overseeing Micro Loan Against Property (LAP), managing the overall business operations in the state of Tamil Nadu. The person will be taking care of close to 70 branches across Tamil Nadu with the help of a larger team of 3 Regional Heads and the subsequent branch teams. The position reports into the National Sales Manager. The role carries a target of 400 crores of high quality disbursement.

Must have Qualifications

• Must have over 15 years of experience in affordable housing/ LAP, Micro LAP direct sales ( non DSA)
• Must be currently handing sales for the state of Tamil Nadu in this segment and supervising at least 30 branches under him/her.
• Must have handled a large distributed team of over 150 people .
• Must have maintained a high quality book.
