We are a growing digital marketing agency that values streamlined systems and efficient operations. To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Zoho One Specialist who can handle the complete end-to-end setup of Zoho One, ensuring smooth adoption across our business functions.

Role Overview This is a one-time freelance assignment where the selected professional will be responsible for configuring and setting up Zoho One from scratch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Zoho One modules, tailoring them to fit business needs, and ensuring all tools are properly integrated.

• Key Responsibilities

• Conduct an initial assessment of our business workflows and requirements.
• Set up Zoho One applications and configure modules (CRM, Projects,
  Books, People, Desk, Campaigns, etc., as applicable).
• Customize forms, fields, layouts, and dashboards based on our operational
  needs.
• Integrate third-party tools and services where necessary.
• Set up user roles, permissions, and data security policies.
• Automate key workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Provide documentation of the setup, including process flows and usage
  guidelines.
• Offer a brief handover/training session to the internal team.

• Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in end-to-end Zoho One implementation.
• Strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and other Zoho apps, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Sign, Zoho Vault
• Ability to customize and automate workflows within Zoho.
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
