Job Description

Zoho CRM Lead / Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design, document, and deliver robust technical architectures that address complex business needs and improve system performance.
Lead solution design and development across Zoho One applications, including CRM, Creator, Flow, and Analytics.
Partner with C-Suite leaders and key stakeholders to implement automation and process optimization initiatives.
Build and manage seamless integrations between Zoho products and external systems such as telephony, email, WhatsApp, and SMS platforms.
Develop advanced custom workflows, functions, and API-driven solutions to support scalable operations.
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including ERDs, Data Flow Diagrams, and process flow documents.
