Zoho Developer

As a Zoho Developer & Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and maintaining various Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Desk. Your role will involve developing Deluge scripts, custom workflows, automation rules, and reports to enhance the efficiency and functionality of these applications. Additionally, you will work on integrating Zoho with third-party systems and tools through APIs, webhooks, or middleware to ensure seamless data flow for improved operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in managing website updates, including content changes, integrations, and performance enhancements. Proactively identifying system inefficiencies and recommending and implementing technical solutions aligned with business requirements will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and translating them into technical solutions while effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders will be essential for success in this role. In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho development, with a strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs. A proven track record in integrating Zoho with other systems and familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website management are also required.
