Job Description

1. JD ZOHO CRM Expert: Have a functional understanding of ZOHO in its entirety, including ZOHO CRM Plus, Workplace, Finance Plus, IT management, Analytics etc. Be efficient in implementation, getting customizations done and administration work related to ZOHO and its related apps. Have a complete understanding of the process from Development till the end support. A complete knowledge about the system configuration and its setup. Good knowledge to do technical documentation of the work. integration of ZOHO Apps with third- party applications. Assist, train and create guidelines for the users to understand the complexities of the product. Work closely with the clients and understand their needs and requirements. Be ready to travel to different onsite locations for work if needed. 2. ZOHO Sales Marketing Expert: Experience of developing business for the Software like ZOHO, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Odoo, Freshworks. Need to drive end to end sales processes like prospecting, lead generation, product presentation, proposal, negotiation and closure of lead. Can easily demonstrate the software products. Confidently attend & present in meetings with prospects/ clients. Can understand the software products & map with the client's needs. Strong experience in B2B-Enterprice software sales with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in sales enablement, demand/lead generation. Strategic thinker and result-oriented person with flexibility to work according to the situation. Demonstrate the organization's capabilities/ success stories through all possible ways. Engage with prospects & existing clients through all available platforms (company website, social media, CRM, other popular websites). Can write basic level contents without any help & advance level contents with help from subject matter experts. Takes complete responsibility of business development single-handedly as a head of the functions. Leadership skills as one has to build a team going forward.
