Job Description

As a Zoho One CRM Executive, your role will involve managing and optimizing Zoho One CRM across various departments such as Recruitment, Study Abroad, Migration, and Language Academy. Your responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Zoho One suite to streamline processes, enhance data management, and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Configure Zoho One CRM modules (Leads, Contacts, Deals, Tasks) based on the requirements of each department. - Customize fields, layouts, and workflows to ensure seamless data entry and reporting. - Develop custom reports and dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Zoho One CRM system. - Implement data cleansing and validation procedures. - Establish data governance policies to maintain high data quality standards. - Identify opportunities for process automation within Zoho One CRM. - Create workflows and triggers to automate tasks and reduce manual effort. - Integrate Zoho One CRM with other systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Provide training and support for CRM users. - Develop user guides and documentation to enhance CRM usage. - Address and troubleshoot user issues related to CRM functionalities. - Continuously evaluate the Zoho One CRM system to improve performance and user experience. - Stay updated on the latest Zoho One CRM features and functionalities. - Recommend and implement CRM system upgrades or enhancements. - Generate regular reports and analyses on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. - Identify trends and insights from data to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of CRM management experience, preferably with Zoho One. - Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Experience in recruitment, study abroad, migration, or language academy sectors is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. - Zoho One CRM certification is preferred.
