Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Executive to manage, customize, and optimize our Zoho CRM platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline workflows, ensure data accuracy, and maximize the value of our CRM for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, customize, and update Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Ensure data accuracy by performing regular data cleaning, deduplication, and health checks.
• Create workflows, automation rules, and custom functions to improve efficiency.
• Generate and share CRM reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Act as the first point of contact for CRM-related issues and troubleshoot problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
