Zoho CRM Developer

As a Zoho CRM Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include customizing and configuring Zoho CRM modules, developing custom functions and scripts, integrating Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps and third-party platforms, creating reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining documentation for configurations and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation rules. - Develop and maintain custom functions, scripts, and Deluge code to support business logic. - Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps and third-party platforms via APIs. - Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho CRM performance and functionality. - Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Required Technical Skills: - Proven experience with Zoho CRM preferred with certifications. - Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs. - Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management. - Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
