Over 4,000+ operators and leaders from Apple, TikTok, Spotify, Slack, Netflix, Zoom, Google, Swiggy, and Microsoft useGrowthX products, The founders were product & growth leaders at Razorpay and CRED The team today is a diverse group of ex-founders, growth leaders, PhD researchers, game designers, and artists?united by the ambition to build the career infrastructure of India, What is this role At GrowthX, the Creative Studio is working to build a media house We sincerely believe in the role of content to build an audience and are suckers for the nuances of delivering it Writers are key to bringing big ideas to life They are internet savants, storytellers, scientists, and conduits for trending things While their surroundings creatively inspire them, they must also have a unique ability to understand that video virality is purposeful Our ideal candidate for this role will have a duality to their personality They will be limitless in idea generation and also need to be able to work within our proven video formats This position will have a huge learning curve & extremely high impact on where the company is headed, Some storytelling references we closely relate to are Vox, Johnny Harris & Apple This does not mean we hate other creators We like how they depict the form & function while ensuring its dumb proof We have some strong views on non-converting writing, while we believe excellent writing is subjective & we respect the fact We strongly believe education is a business of trust Excellent writing builds trust and perceived value above all We want our writing to be the benchmark across media companies (think Vox, AIB, TVF) worldwide, What will you be doing Research trends, trivia, insights about things happening in the business & startup world, Writing for video retention on long-form video content on the GrowthX YouTube channel, Write hooks, pointers and CTA for videos that will be submitted to the Creative Strategist for approval, Work with the on-site team daily to ensure the creative vision is met during production decisions, Take meeting notes, organise and track all creative documents in the production team drive, Skills That You Need Strong research skills around current trends in the business/ tech world, Writing for video content is 90% of this role; you must be great at it, If you understand the basics of video editing / work well with video editors, Culture at GrowthX You seek growth, A high agency mindset, You want more responsibility & accountability, which doesnt scare you, You sincerely believe in consistent efforts & patiently iterating, You are open to feedback on your work & actively incorporate it, You consciously choose why you want to do this specific role, Show
