As a YouTube Channel Manager & Content Producer at Prof Sam, you will play a crucial role in planning, producing, and managing the YouTube presence of the brand, working closely with the Founder to create compelling video content for Indian and NRI parents. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a YouTube content strategy aligned with the brand's mission and audience. - Research trending topics in parenting, education, careers, and family well-being. - Create a publishing calendar, optimize metadata, and analyze performance metrics. - Manage playlists, thumbnails, keywords, and video descriptions for maximum discoverability. - Collaborate with the Founder to brainstorm and structure topics into compelling scripts or outlines. - Write engaging video titles, hooks, and calls to action. - Manage the video production process including camera setup, lighting, framing, and shoot logistics. - Oversee video editing to ensure tone, pacing, and emotional resonance consistent with the brand. - Track watch time, click-through rates, and audience retention for channel optimization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-6 years of experience in managing or producing YouTube content, preferably in personal brand, education, wellness, or storytelling. - Proven understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content trends. - Strong creative writing and visual storytelling skills. - Knowledge of production tools such as camera, lighting, audio, and editing software. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Background: - Experience with founder-led or personality-driven channels. - Exposure to education, personal development, or family-centric content. - B.A. / B.Sc. in Media, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
