• Good

  in both English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of

  government policies, CSR regulations

  , and development sector programs.
• Experience in

  fundraising

  , proposal writing, or CSR project coordination will be an added advantage.
• Must be a

  resident of Noida

  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CSR and fundraising strategies.
• Identify and engage with corporate CSR partners, PSUs, and philanthropic institutions.
• Prepare concept notes, project proposals, and CSR reports.
• Coordinate with district and state-level agencies for social development initiatives.
• Represent the organization in CSR forums and partner meetings.
