Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging creatives for digital marketing, social media, web, emailers, and ads.
  • Design visual assets for presentations, brochures, flyers, and other offline collaterals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate requirements into impactful designs.
  • Maintain brand consistency while creating innovative and appealing visuals.
  • Edit and enhance graphics, photos, and illustrations for campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas for branding, UI assets, and overall visual storytelling.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good communication skills and ability to understand design briefs.
  • Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing (using After Effects or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with branding guidelines and digital ad formats.
  • Exposure to tech or B2B industry design work is a plus.
